Yes. North Workers GmbH, of course, has a valid license for commercial temporary employment according to Section 1 of the Temporary Employment Act (AÜG).

We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible and keep you informed transparently about every step.

You only pay for the hours actually worked at an agreed rate. There are no additional costs for vacation, sick leave, social security contributions, or administration.

Are there minimum terms or fixed quotas?

According to the Temporary Employment Act (AÜG), the maximum duration of each assignment in your company is 18 consecutive months. After that, a transfer or a break is required. We would be happy to advise you individually.

How much does direct recruitment cost?

The costs for placement are agreed upon individually – usually as a one-time success fee upon hiring. We would be happy to provide you with a fair quote.
